THEY ARE NOT THE STORE FRONTS ON MOE AVENUE, THEY ARE THE UNITS BEHIND THE STORE FRONT.

Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 3 item every minute. This feature will close the bidding on intervals.

Dynamic Closing: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the asset's closing time.

Bid Notification: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction notices are not sent.

Item Descriptions:
All items are sold AS IS. RMR offers preview of all items for bidders own assessment. If you have questions on an item please attend preview for answers and bid according to your own assessment. We describe the items to the best of our knowledge as to items descriptions and conditions, but our assessment may differ from yours and we HIGHLY recommend viewing of all auction items. Most of our items are vintage and antique collectibles and will show normal wear consistent with age, which is to be expected. We do our best to note chips, cracks, blemishes tears, holes etc. All measurements, colors, and sizes are approximate.

Sales Tax:
All local and state sales tax will be applicable unless a valid vender number and sheet is placed on our file.

Shipping:
Shipping will be available on items marked yes for shipping. There will be a minimum handling fee of 5.00 per item PLUS the cost of shipping. The shipping charges will be added to the final sale price which will be charged to the credit card on the account

Item Pick up:
All auctions have a designated pick up time per auction. Any items not paid for and picked up will be charged to your credit card along with a storage fee per day. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the scheduled pick up times for each auction. After non pick up your bidder number may be permanently revoked and items resold without any credit being given to purchaser/buyer. If there is any discrepancy or items missing it MUST BE NOTED and resolved at pickup or RMR will not be held responsible. Pick up is the buyer's responsibility. No items will be released without a paid email receipt.

Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, and we may also accept checks from established buyers. There is a 3% surcharge on all credit card usage to cover merchant fees. You may pay for your purchase prior to picking up the item or at the time of pickup. If you do not pay for the item by the time the pickup is over, your account will be suspended and your items will be forfeited until payment is received. Please contact RMR if this happens. We do not accept charge back and there will be a 35.00 fee on returned checks.

All sales are final:
These items are sold as is and all sales are final. RMR will not be held responsible for any errors in lost items, missing items, or discrepancies or unviewed damage of any item. We suggest that all items be viewed prior to bidding! It is the buyer's responsibility to view items and ask questions prior to bidding.

Shipping liability:
RMR is not responsible for any and all issues, or omissions, or damage related to shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to fully insure packaging and all items are shipped at buyers risk without expectations or liability being placed on RMR due to any and all issues accumulated during shipping.
